The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Tutoring Center will provide virtual support for undergraduate students during the campus closure. After booking your session, your tutor will contact you with details.  

We offer a variety of resources on campus to ensure your academic success. The Tutoring Center is located in Theresa Hall 022.

Peer Tutoring

Peer tutoring is available to undergraduate students by . If you are a Graduate student, Adult Undergraduate Studies student, or Pharmacy student, please contact your professor for assistance. 

Appointments

Appointments should be requested at least one week advance, or further if preparing for a final exam or research paper.

Additional Notes

  • The Tutoring Center is located in Theresa Hall 022.
  • The Tutoring Center may contact appropriate faculty and administrators to determine the best route to meet your tutoring needs.
  • Tutoring is not offered for undergraduate level Chemistry courses per the request of the department. Contact your professor for assistance. 
  • The Tutoring Center does not provide assistance for the Praxis exam.

​Online Tutoring - Brainfuse

Every Â鶹ÊÓƵ student has free access to an online tutoring service called brainfuse. Brainfuse offers instant, live tutoring for most classes and at any time. Students can use brainfuse for the writing lab, live tutors, exam prep, study groups, and more.

Brainfuse is available to access at the top of the Brightspace home page, under "Resources for Success".

The  is a great resource if you have the chance to visit and it also offers very helpful online  that cover citation styles, library tools, research databases, and subject-specific paper drafting. The LNDL staff provides you with a variety of ways through which you can request help, including text and instant message!

Writing Center

The Writing Center is a very helpful resource for composing and editing papers. It is located in Gibbons Hall, Room 504. .
